Abstract

The corona covid-19 virus phenomenon is very shocking the world. Almost all people in the world experience uncertainty and many receive information from social media whose truth is uncertain. This has unwittingly caused panic for some people. The number of hoax news that caused panic and the appeal for social distancing by the government without any proper counseling to the community, which resulted in panic. Not only this it also affects the mental health of a person to unwittingly cause stress. The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage stress in dealing with covid-19 in the perspective of Islamic education. The research approach used is a form of research obtained from the literature in the field of Islamic education and stress management. Data collection techniques by searching related literature both online and offline. Data analysis techniques using data analysis techniques from related literature. The results of research conducted are stress management to deal with covid-19 in Islamic education is to think positively, avoid hoax news, avoid excessive panic, pray and worship Allah, and always pray to Allah.

Abstract

The research objectives were (1) Knowing the batik art extracurricular management strategy to develop students' self-potential. (2) Knowing the batik art extracurricular management strategy to preserve the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia for students.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out by checking the data list, justifying the feasibility of the data and verifying the data (drawing conclusions). The validity of the data is carried out through the method of member checking, triangulation, extension of participation, persistence of observation and review of negative cases.The results of this study are (1) A well-managed and systematic batik art extracurricular management strategy can develop students' self-potential. (2) A well-managed and systematic batik art extracurricular management strategy can contribute to the preservation of Indonesia's Intangible Cultural Heritage. Abstract

Globalization besides bringing positive impacts and also negative impacts. Parents of students complain about their child's unmanageable behavior. Therefore, the school has the duty and responsibility to continue the basic education given in the family. Because of the importance of this responsibility, schools need to have good planning, implementation and evaluation related to character education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data sources were obtained from MBI and representatives. While collecting data through interviews, observation, documentation. From the results of the study it was concluded 1) Planning for character education is a) Grand idea which includes vision, mission, foundation, Madrasah commitment, 7 keys to student success and future goals of students, B) Pre-work meeting, c) work meeting. 2) Implementation of character education is a) Development of new students B) Talent Development and Development Program C) Student organization development program D) Development Program E) Madrasah annual agenda F) Implementation of the Muis curriculum program g) Implementation of the Islamic Boarding School program 3) Evaluation of character education consists of a) evaluations take place on the spot b) direct evaluations by teachers in Class C) weekly evaluations conducted by officials and homeroom teachers. d) monthly evaluation e) annual evaluation f) evaluation based on input, criticism, and suggestions.

Abstract

The main objective of carrying out a public relations strategy management in an educational institution is that the school continues to be in demand by educated participants and experiences development and progress from year to year. In conveying information, good communication is needed so that the information submitted can be received. In conveying information, public relations must have good strategic management and direction so that what is expected is carried out well. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Public Relations Strategy Management in Increasing Student Interest in MTs Pacet Surban Foundation includes planning, communicating, implementing and evaluating well and directed by the school to attract the attention of prospective new students. (2) One of the inhibiting factors for public relations in increasing the interest of prospective students to attend the MTs Pacet Surban Foundation includes ineffective time in the implementation of management as well as long distances so that strategic management is not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to develop project-based thematic teaching materials to improve creative thinking skills and entrepreneurial skill of blind students. The design of teaching material development uses the Design Based Research (DBR) approach. The DBR stage of four stages, namely the needs analysis, product design/development, product testing, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 2 blind students at SLB Putra Manunggal Gombong, Kebumen. The instruments used were questionnaire, interview, observation, and test. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the study indicate: 1) Project-based thematic teaching materials are suitable for blind students; 2) Project learning using thematic teaching materials effectively improves creative thinking skills and entrepreneurial skill of blind students; 3) The develop in entrepreneurial character of blind students shows a high category with the percentage of 84%, while the increase in students' creative thinking skills shows a moderate category with an N-Gain value of 0.60.

Abstract

The spread of the Corona virus outbreak has caused a lot of polemic in various elements of life, both social, cultural, economic, political and religious. In the religious field, a problem that has arisen and is widely discussed is the prohibition or suspension of Friday prayers. This policy cannot be separated from the pros and cons of the Indonesian people in particular. The purpose of this research is to find out the responses and views of Islamic boarding school residents towards government policies in general and the prohibition of Friday prayers in particular. The research uses a qualitative approach to provide a complete and comprehensive description. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews/interviews and direct observation. Then, the data that has been obtained is analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis indicate that most pesantren residents regret government policies because they are considered not optimal. Regarding the suspension of Friday prayers, they are of the view that Friday prayers will still be carried out even with a health protocol, they agree if the ban is applied to areas where it is "absolutely clear" the spread of the virus is vicious. Abstract

This research was compiled based on the importance of implementing educational quality management in a madrasah. The focus of this research is on the implementation of quality management of eight national education standards. In this regard, research was conducted with the aim of knowing the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of educational quality management in an effort to increase the independence of madrasah in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study shows that: (1) Planning for education quality management has been carried out properly. Planning begins with a joint meeting to determine the objectives to be achieved through the realization of the program. (2) The implementation of quality management in education has been carried out well. In implementation, the madrasa head is able to move educators to carry out the program according to plan. (3) Evaluation of education quality management has been carried out properly. The head of the madrasa guarantees the implementation of education quality management through supervision and implementation evaluation meetings to look for deficiencies. (4) The follow-up of education quality management has been carried out properly. The madrasa principal uses the basic evaluation stages to determine the follow-up steps to be taken.

Abstract

APIK Islamic boarding schools in learning management must refer to general managerial patterns that begin with planning and end with evaluation, while salafiyyah Islamic boarding schools which are mono managerial in all respects include their nahwu shorof learning which makes learning books in Islamic boarding schools only take place naturally. Nahwu shorof learning management applied in PP. APIK which in fact is a boarding school that still maintains the salafiyyah tradition and has not systematically implemented the nahwu shorof learning management pattern in detail. The purpose of this study was to determine the natural background of PP. APIK, planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nahwu shorof learning. The theory used in this study is learning management according to H.E. Mulyasa in a paper entitled MPDI curriculum development according to KKNI and SNPT 27/11/2015 states that micro-management of learning includes planning, implementation and evaluation. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study concluded that the learning management of Nahwu Shorof at APIK Islamic boarding schools can be described from planning, implementation and evaluation. Learning planning at the APIK Islamic boarding school is based on the ability of the students themselves, if the students are still unfamiliar with their Islamic boarding school's knowledge in learning books, then it is adjusted to be oriented towards studying books that are basic to the highest. The implementation of nahwu shorof learning at the APIK Islamic boarding school is divided into two classical systems, namely ibtida/tsanawi. The evaluation of nahwu shorof learning at the APIK Islamic boarding school is oriented towards the completeness of the material, one book is studied continuously and repeatedly until in the end the students understand the contents of the book they are studying with the sorogan, bandungan and rote systems.

Abstract

Abstract Improving the quality of education related to the condition of educational institutions. The quality of educational institutions can be done by applying the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM). In this regard, this study aims to determine Quality Planning, Quality Control, and Quality Improvement in Creating Excellent Schools at RA As Sholeh Gumilir, North Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection used interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data used triangulation, and data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research resulted in the conclusion that: (1) Quality Planning in Creating Excellent Schools at RA As Sholeh Gumilir, North Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency is carried out by determining the quality targets that must be implemented, which can be seen from the vision, mission, and goals that have been predetermined; (2) Quality Control in Creating Excellent Schools at RA As Sholeh Gumilir, North Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency is shown by having a strong commitment and will and continuing to make every effort to improve quality and work based on quality. This is proven by the characteristics and elements of TQM that have been implemented in these madrasas; (3) Quality Improvement in Creating Excellent Schools in RA As Sholeh Gumilir, North Cilacap District, Cilacap Regency is carried out by continuously improving the quality of students, developing learning programs every year, maximizing the role of madrasah organizations, and increasing the human resources of educators and education staff . Abstract

This research is based on the importance of student character problems which are still not satisfactory. In this regard, this study aims to determine the management of character education in realizing students who have good morals at MIN 04 Banjarnegara. This research is a qualitative research. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research resulted in five conclusions: (1) Character education planning is carried out by instilling values ​​and morality in students. These values ​​and morality are adapted to the vision and mission of the madrasa. The character values ​​that are instilled include: religious, honesty, hard work, smart, and caring. (2) The organization of character education has gone well, where the teachers serve as role models for students in madrasas. These values ​​and morality are carried out in various ways according to the style of each teacher. (3) Directing character education includes activities to improve teacher-student relationships, provide opportunities for students to express opinions, and provide motivation to students. (4) Control of character education is carried out by providing skills to students for the development of moral values ​​and literacy. These skills include: critical thinking skills, creative thinking skills, clear communication skills, listening skills, and good moral habits.
